Hello all!

Hi guys

Welcome to our blog. From here you will be able to track our journey around New Zealand. Hopefully we will keep you stocked with photos and accounts of how much fun it is to pick apples for 12 hours a day!

Be sure to keep in touch, either by leaving us comments on the blog posts or by email/facebook and we will see you all in the spring!

It snowed here last night – covered the grass & cars and is still lying this morning!
Great pics, have fun with the camper van – some tips for driving in NZ
Watch your speed – the police sit by the roadside with not a lot to do, keep the fuel topped up, petrol stations can be few & far between, watch out for unsurfaced roads – the gravel can wreck your windscreen, beware of Kea birds especially in South Island – they enjoy stripping the rubber from your windscreen wipers & window seals!
